What Causes Abdominal Pain And Vomiting Of A 3 Year Old?

my 3 year old son experienced abdominal pain and vomits 4 times with 30 mins interval. the vomitting starts from 10 in the evening and until nw 11 pm still vomitts. he vomits water associated with some of color yellow sputum. he has no cough or fever or any kind of symptoms.
