What Causes Abdominal Pain And Weakness?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female. I have been very weak and experiencing extreme fatigue for the past month. I have also been very gassy with abdominal pain. Last weak I even got dizzy as if I was going to pass out. Any ideas of what this could be? I also have like all flu like symptoms, but no flu.

Hello,
I can understand your concern for abdominal pain.
Your symptoms of abdominal pain with feeling of bloating suggest possibility of indigestion.
Having flu like symptoms reflect possibility of viral infection and commonly upper respiratory tract get such infection.
About indigestion, most common cause for it is severe gastritis or inadequate intestinal digestive enzyme. Gastritis can be ruled out by upper GI endoscopy.
You should start medication for acidity and intestinal digestive enzyme supplementation to improve digestion.
