What Causes Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Intestinal Gas?

My stomach feels full all the time. I am experiencing gas, bloating, pain all the time. It feels like something is moving around in my stomach. I deal with constipation at least once a month. I have had an ultrasound done to check my gall bladder and also a hida scan done, both came back fine. Not sure what to do next?

Hi.

Abdominal bloating can come from-
- severe constipation with excess of gas formation... over stretching of bowels &pain.
- some bowel infecion ( worms/amebae).. to cause sticky stools with mucus/ blood &constipation ... painful stools &distension.
- faulty diet (fast food or scanty eating) to cause less formation of scanty &sticky stools ... constipation &so on.
'- Over eating with sedentary life style .. indigestion... gases & bloating .. pain
*get stools examined to find any infection.&start treatment advised by family doctor.
*eat simple food in natural form/with lot of fibers &plenty water.
* have regular exercises..at least 45 minutes /day walking . Also yoga exercises including abdominal exercises
*Cultivate habit of drinking two glasses of warm water with a spoon of honey &15 to 20 drops of lemon juice .. first thing in morning.
*Consult a hastroenterologist of nno improvement.
