Hello,

The predominant symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome are cramping and abdominal pain, bloating, gas and trouble with bowel movements (either diarrhea or constipation), according to the Mayo Clinic. According to McKenzie, et al, up to nine out of 10 of those who suffer from IBS report that certain foods trigger increased symptoms. IBS is stress and anxiety based stomach disorder. Therefore I suggest consulting a psychiatrist and psychologist for physical examination, diagnosis and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
