What Causes Abdominal Pain, Fever And Nausea?

im having pain in the middle right side of my stomach , it looks and feels swollen, i have also had pain in between my shoulder blades in the center of my back. ive felt like ive had fever and nausea and very tired what could it be and what should i do about it

See with out examination very difficult to tell the cause for this,

Acute cholangitis,
Acute cholecystitis
Acute appendicitis
Acute pyelonephritis
Acute renal colic
Acute gastroenteritis
Enteric fevers

What is the color of urine,
Take symptomatic treatment and get it done one usg abdomen, cbp, lft, urine examination.

Till that time take. Tab. Dolo 650tid,tab.cefixim bd. Oral liquid diet. If symptoms not improved consult your physician.
