Hello,
Welcome to HCM.

Pain over lower abdomen could be related to your large bowels inflammation but it needs to be examined by surgeon with complete medical history, clinical examination and some specific tests to have a confirmed diagnosis.

You may need complete hemogram,ESR and ultrasound of whole abdomen.

Itching over anal region could be due intestinal parasites, diarrhea, candidiasis or anal fissures etc.

For that, you must be checked by surgeon for complete history and for digital rectal examination with proctoscopy.

You may require routine blood count, stool examination for R/M ova and cyst and proctoscopy etc.

Treatment is mainly depend on the underlying cause but you may require full course of antibiotics (quinolones-ofloxacin with antiprotozoals like metronidazole/tinidazole/ornidazole) for minimum 7 to 10 days with antihelminthic, antihistamines and topical steroids and lignocaine in combination for symptomatic relief.

So,in my advise you should see a doctor preferably general surgeon who may examine you and can start immediate treatment.

Thanks and regards,
