What Causes Abdominal Pain , Lower Back Pain And Loss Of Appetite After Using Ipills?

I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on 20 th March but I had ipill within 10 hrs..I had normal periods on 2nd April..then again on 24th April..we had sex but this time he used condoms. But just to be extra careful I ate ipill again. And now lately, from -1 May..I am having abdominal pain and lower back ache..I am sleeping a lot too. And supposedly my periods should have come by now..but I am still waiting for it. I have lost my appetite too. I seriously don t feel like eating. And while urinating..there is a different sensation. And once day I guess on 2nd may I saw a blood drop in my urine. I thought I got my periods but I dint bleed after dat. I was a virgin. This is the second time I had sex in my life. I am wondering if I am pregnant or are these just the side effects of ipill since I took them for two consecutive months? Please help. Should I use prega news to check?

Frequent use of i pill can cause abdominal pain, back ache and loss of appetite. It should be used as 'emergency contraceptive pill'.
However, drop of blood in urine could be due to breakage of hymen, since you had sex only a couple of times in life. Initially, it can happen like this. So don't have to worry.
Since second time protection was used and i pill was taken, pregnancy could be unlikely. However, to be sure of, you can check your urine for pregnancy.
