What Causes Abdominal Pain, Pyrosis, Bloating And Constipation?
One night I woke up with mid epigastric pain and upper left quadrant pain with moderate heart burn. the next day it was just diffuse abdominal pain, on and off heart burn with bloating and constipation. today was mostly pain free, but still having constipation with green stool. I have never had a history of this before, only pertinent history is a appendectomy in 2012. What are you thoughts?

Your symptoms seem to be related to gastroenteritis. I suggest you to use Simethicone medications for the bloating. I also suggest to take daily probiotics. You should eat a fiber rich diet and drink liquids.
In case of abdominal pain I suggest taking Buscopan.
