What Causes Abdominal Pain, Vaginal Pain During Sex, Constipation And Anal Bleeding?

Hi. I m 41 yr old woman. 3 children. Pain lower left abdomen (like period or ovulation pain), pain at cervix during sex, no periods, depo provera due 28/06/2015 not administered, unprotected sex. No sore breasts or changes. Frequent constipation with anal bleeding. Suggestions?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Pain during sex needs to be investigated.
Pain during sex can be due to ectropion, inflammation of cervix, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.
Thus, a clinical assessment is required at the earliest.
Frequent constipation with anal bleeding can be due to piles.
Thus, clinical assessment is required to know whether piles are present are not.
Piles are managed by conservative measures internally.
If the piles are prolapsed, surgical intervention may be required.
