General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear. Welcome to Healthcaremagic. I read your query and I understand your concern. The abdominal pain comes from endometriosis. The treatment is either hysterectomy or contraception. If you are not going to want a child in future and are near menopause is advisable a hysterectomy and is definitive treatment. If you are young and want children better go on contraception.
Take care.
Hope my answer was helpful, if you have any other questions I'll be glad to help you.
Best regards. Dr Olgeta Xhufka ( general and family physician ).
