What Causes Abdominal Pain With Diarrhea And Chest Pain?

for the last 3 days ive had a mild pain in the right side of my chest...been very nauseous, tired, had very bad diarrhea with white film involved, all i do is sleep...no appetite...if i eat im in sever abdominal pain fo hours....do u think i should seek medical attenti on?

Hello,

The issue seems to be intestine infection with systemic manifestations. Till the narration of symptoms, there is substantial amount of dehydration.

Please maintain hydration with oral rehydration salt, until you seek the medical advice.
