General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a 31 years old having pain in abdomen, normal bowel movements, but stool got forest green yesterday.
This is indicative of an intestinal infection.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tests and get a prescription of an antibiotic active against intestinal infection, metronidazole and probiotic.
This should solve your problems, if not relieved soon, get into further investigations of blood, urine, stool again, ultrasound and so on to get a proper diagnosis and a plan for treatment.
I find this answer helpful
