Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Abdominal Pain With Headache, dizziness And Vomiting?
hello, I have some abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, vomiting, breathlessness and fatigue. The symptoms of fatigue have been around for a while, but the nausea has come on relatively suddenly. I m not sure if it is relevant but I also have some bruises on my legs which are taking quite a while to heal up.
Abdominal pain and vomiting may direct towards some GI condition and you may be losing enough fluids to cause dizziness. Headache is a nonspecific symptom that can occur with any sickness.
If you are having diarrhea, you should focus on drinking fluids. Fatigue can happen again with any sickness and if you are having altered bowel habits or vomiting, that would definitely explain it. You can go to your primary care for complete history and physical. In the mean while take a lot of fluids as I suggested.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Muhammad Gul
