OBGYN 's  Response
Hello,

The itchy and enlarged nipples can happen due to dryness or hormonal changes. The pains that you have can be related to back muscle spasm or endometriosis. The increase in weight may be related to dietary changes.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
