Hello
I really appreciate your concern
Looking at your description this could be due to food poisoning, gastroenteritis or food allergy

if I were your treating doctor I would have advised you to take lots of fluids including ORS and fruit juices to counter dehydration and electrolytic imbalances
antispasmodic and anti emetic or anti acidity medicines are advisable after consulting your doctor

if it doesn't improve than you may require a course of antibiotics like metronidazole group of drugs under supervision of your doctor.

maintain good hygiene
avoid outside food

Hope this helps you
Best wishes
