What Causes Abdominal Pain With Lower Back Ache?
Hi, I just finished my period on sunday wich lasted for just 2days n was watery, on monday I was feeling sick n went to d hospital on tuesday for test. My test result shows that I m having typhoid fever. Typhil 1:320 n paratyphil 1:160 and at the same time my pregnancy test was positive. My doctor is treating me with amoxil but I m worried for d feotus. And now I m having abdominal pain, lower bachache, and sometimes headache n cold. Pls advice me further on what to do. Thanks

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist to consult a physician and plan for an ultrasound scan.
