What Causes Abdominal Pain, loss Of Appetite And Headache?

Age:23, Height:5.0 ft, Weight: 40kg, Extreme pain in lower abdomen, severe headache and no appetite. She used to take less water and has taken anti-depressants in the past and antacids. She has also underwent CT Scan of Brain. She got her endoscopy done and also LFTs.But the doctors could not reach to any proper diagnosis. Lately she got her URE and according to it everything was normal except that she had epithelial cells positive and 6-8 pus cells/ HPF. On culture of urine no microorganism was found.
