What Causes Abdominal Pains A Day After Alcohol Consumption?

Hello, everytime I drink alcohol, the next day I suffer with severe stomach pains, which seems to be wind I have trouble releasin the wind and have been sick from it too, I have tried boiled water, bi carbonate of soda and variouis other things. It does eventually go away but after about 7 hours of severe pain to the point where I'm wantin to call for an abulance? Could someone please tell wats goin on inside me ?
