Once a month about a week before my period I get a intense bloating in my lower abdominal. I have the sensation of needing to pee, like I ve been holding it in forever. It’s quite common on the onset periods and nothing much to worry about it. You can take analgesics like Mefenamic acid for symptomatic relief.As of now drink plenty of water and take rest.
