What Causes Abdominal Pains, Mid Back Pain And Nausea?

I have had upper abdominal pain, mid back pain, pain between my shoulder blades, nausea, sever diarrhea and gas with clay colored stool for the past 12 hours. I have Crohns disease but I don't feel that this is a flair up. I think this is a gallbladder problem by my symptoms. Do I need to be seen right away or can it wait.

I think your right.

Your story can be the one of gall bladder stones. But also a gall stone in your main biliary duct. One should also rule pancreatic problems out , like pancreatitis.

I definitely would go to your GP or a gastroenterologist as soon as possible.

These are not the symptoms of Crohn's disease.

hope this helped.
