What Causes Abnormal Motions Along With Stomach Crunch, Fever And Heaviness In Head?

Hi, Dr. Samuel,I am N C Rath from Bhubaneswar, India. Since last morning I have stomach upset, that could be some infections. I had repeated abnormal motions like watery at the beginning and some mucous at the end. At times I feel stomach crunch also. Consequent to this I have slight fever, heaviness on the head and slight tendency of nausea too.Kindly advice. My e-mail ID is YYYY@YYYY

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of stomach upset since yesterday morning, could be an infection, watery stool in the beginning and mucus at the end, also have stomach crunch, fever, heaviness head and nausea.
Yes this history is suggestive of an intestinal infection giving toxemia and the symptoms suggestive of this.
I would advise you the following:
Send the stool for tests.
Blood for WBC, sugar kidney and liver functions.
Consult your Family Physician for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations and get started with appropriate antibiotics and supportive medicines along with symptomatic treatment.
