What Causes Abnormal Movements In Eyes Of A Child?

My four year old does weird things with her eyes. Almost like rolling them or looking sideways/up strangely. I have asked her why she does that and if anything hurts when she does it and she says no. What could it be? Should I bring her in to the pediatrician?
