Hi[a quick question...I haven t had a menstrual cycle since January 16! I m 41 years old. I m thinking it could be possible signs of my body changing maybe permenopausal. doctors tell me (as of a year or so ago) that my hormone levels are normal so they don t believe that s it. Not sure what else it could be
I advice you to 1. Check I've hemoglobin levels 2. Thyroid function test. 3. Do YOGA & stress management 4. Nutritious diet rich in protein & iron 5. Exercise. 6. Watch for the next cycle & do a USG pelvis to rule out any serious causes. Consult a gynaecologist for further assistance if any.
