The cardinal symptom of early pregnancy is missing a period, which you have. The other symptoms like nausea & vomiting with pica and frequent urination may not be present in all the women; in particular, they may be absent in multigravid women. The breast symptoms like engorgement, secretions, tenderness, etc. appear rather late; i.e. after 6-7 weeks of pregnancy. You need not be worried about absence of these symptoms.
Moreover, you pregnancy test is positive confirming your pregnancy. Now if you are worried about the viability of this baby, please get ultrasonography which will provide you the information of the safety of the baby and the pregnancy.
I hope this helps you.
