What Causes Aches And Pains All Over The Body With Stiff Neck?

aches and pains i have been feeling pretty Crap since yesterday with aches and pains all over my body. my neck felt a bit stiff last night but now i can t move it at all. i am getting shooting pains down in to my fingers. i also feel very weak wit a very bad headache and intermittent pains in my right ear!

Hi,

As a first line management you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopedics and plan for an MRI neck.
