What Causes Acid Re Flux , Blurred Vision And Chest Pain?

Dear Doctor, I am having acid reflux symptoms ,chest pain,tiredness,blurrvision, Bp level 150/100 varying in pressure after headache pressure increases and certain time it shows 135/85,140/95 etc I am taking listril 2.5 mg for Blood pressure since 15 days Razo.20 mg for acidity \Please advise me what tests shoud I go for reducing my BP .

Welcome to health care magic,

Your main problem is hypertension and acid reflux.
First of all,if your blood pressure reading was 150/100,you must undergo routine blood tests,liver function tests,creatinine,lipid profile,ECG, 2D-echocardiography of heart and tread mill test (when blood pressure comes normal) to check the heart status.

Your anti-hypertensive medication will vary according to physician's choice and will depend upon the above investigations.

I would advise to start with calcium channel blocker(amlodipine) in combination with loop diuretics.You can continue to take antacids treatment (Razo20) to prevent acidity or reflux problem but I would advice to go with the combination of antacids(proton pump Inhibitor with prokinetic drugs like levosulphride or mosapride.

You must consult physician for further advise on anti-hypertensive medications.

You also will have to take salt restricted diet and some life style modifications.
