Thank you very much for contacting healthcare magic.

Your child has problem of acid reflux .
Normally when eat a food that goes into stomach through oesophagus. Between oesophagus and stomach there us one lower oesophagus sphincter (LES)
LES is close after reaching food into stomach....so back flow of food not come.

Whenever these lower oesophagus sphincter not close that time food and acid can come backward in oesophagus. That cause damage to oesophagus.
Hiatus hernia ,scleroderma ,obesity this are the risk factor for acid reflux.

Sometimes acid reflux disease is positional also.
Inappropruate of relaxation of LES can cause acid reflux.
Obesity is also one of that risk factor.
Because of damaging oesophagus that lead to lack of appetite.

Wish you a good health.
Take care.
Thanks.
