What Causes Acid Reflux, Burping, And Chest Pain?

For six months I have had stomach problems, all started. With upset stomach, about eight weeks later I got pneumonia treated and got better,however my stomach probs continued, acid reflux and constant burpin, metallic taste in mouth and non cardio chest pains. Any ideas
