What Causes Acid Reflux, Frequent Bowels And Tiredness?

I suddenly feel intense desire of water in night and feel uncomfortable with increased heartbeats and then have to urgently take water. No stool for 2-3 days and then with acidity and stomach twist pass stool which brings me tiredness. Age 72 years, suffered one heart attack but OK with medicines since then (2003).

Your history is suggestive of gastrointestinal disturbance, may be due to IBS or so.
I would advise you the following:
Since you are on medication for hear attack, it is possible that you have developed acidity. Hence it is better to take a course of a PPI like Omeprazole, antacid and see the effects.
Avoid stress and anxiety which too can cause or enhance such problems.
Since there is thirst in the night, this can be due to diabetes and it is better to get the HbA1c and blood sugar levels.
Take the heart medicines regularly since you have increased heart beats in the night, get a review with a Cardiologist so that a proper alternation be done if required.
