What Causes Acidity And Weakness?

hiii, my mom is in great trouble from around 6 month, firstly she was suffering from acidity, & now she is saying great weakness , when he is around 4,5 family member she never shows that she is ill, but when we ( I,mom ) are alone she still says the same thing

You have problem of acidity in stomach and weaknesses that may be because of gastroesophageal reflux disease.

In gastroesophageal reflux disease backward flow of stomach acid may cause burning sensation and acidity problem.

Avoid spicy foods and oily foods.
Avoid citrus foods consuption.
Take small amount of meal.

Elevate your head during sleeping.
Avoid Immeadiat sleeping after taking meal.

Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis..
Endoscope examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
