What Causes Acute Pain In Rectal Area And Abdominal Area?

Lower acute pain in rectal area, and abdominal area. Painful to even leave gas. Abnormal stool, just mucas and a little trace of blood. Hurts to walk and sit. This has been going on now for three days. Trying to find a doctor who can get me in now...and cant find one.

Anal fissure may cause itching sensation aroun affected area.
Difficulty at sitting and watching because of severe irritation at rectal area.

Sometine hemorroid are present that cause blood in stool and pain at this area.

Anorectal examination is helpful for diagnosis.
Wear loose clothes.
Avoid spicy foods and alcohol drinking.
Drink more water.
