What Causes Aggressive Behavior In Children?

My grandson gets in trouble in pre school. He was 3 in January and started school about 4 months ago. He is the so good and has a great personality and acts like most 3 year olds do at that age. His only problem is he will hit another child or spite on them or something like that. He never does this anywhere else just there. We are all confused why he is doing this. He is so smart and sweet other wise.

Pediatrician 's  Response
Your grandson has stayed at home, in a very protective environment, surrounded by loving adults and is experiencing the realities of outside world for the for the time. He expects loving and caring outside too but as kids remain kids, he gets frustrated and hits other. He has no concept of hurt and pain. If all other things are fine, let him gradually adjust to school and other kids.
Remember, at home treat him as society treats him outside, opposite won't happen. Avoid undue affection and pampering at home.
