What Causes Alcoholics To Vomit Blood?
My husband weighs 251 pounds, he is 5 8 and has been drinking a little more often lately than he had been. He has been drinking around one or to drinks about three nights a week. He is now throwing up and there was some blood in it. Could the drinking be to blame for this?

Yes alcohol intake can lead to blood in vomitus by causing gastric or duodenal ulcers or varices in oesophagus and stomach. So I will suggest you to take him to a Gastroenterologist for endoscopy examination and further managment accordingly
