What Causes Ammonia Smell To Urine With Lower Back Pain?

I ve been suffering with my urine smelling like ammonia. Yes I have a eating disorder but got back on food no intentional vomiting, no laxatives, no gas x and no diet pills and no binging. It s been five days that I m on a regulated diet. And now my back is starting to hurt(lower) back. And my urine stills smells really bad. I m not a dietetic can u help me out here

with the above given very little information i would suggest you to take a simple urine test and a routine USG and a Xray spine ... This Concludes few diagnosis like
1. urinary tract infections and other kidney problems based on the casts- urine sampling
2. kidney stones which may have caused the pain-USG
3. any spine problems in older people(i don't know your age)-xray
