What Causes An Anal Discharge With Bowel Movement?

I have for a long time had a clear anal discharge that I notice only when I have a bowel movement. It is hard for me a lot of times to have a bowel movements and I thought that was b/c I am on narcotic pain meds for a neck injury. But lately I have been continually bloated and had alot of gas in my stomach which cause a lot of anal gas. Is this something I should worry about and get checked.
