What Causes An Increase In The Appetite?

Hi, since last week thursday I have had an increase in appetite, im very tired at night and go to bed more earlier than normal, from saterday I started having more frequent trips the loo, and last night 00:00 I had to go to the bathroom with severe nasea. I should have started my preriod yesterday the 2nd of March but nothing came so far. Is this Pre menstual symptoms or may I indeed be very early in pregnancy. Breast are also tender and sore and I have mild abdominal cramping since Saterday. Please assist. Kind regards Marilet

It is the balance of the appetite and satiety center which govern the issue with appetite, once the diabetes is ruled out, one has to focus over this crucial step of consideration.
