What Causes An Orange Color In The Urine?

I am scheduled for a colonoscopy on Friday, sept. 19 at 9 am and I just took two tablets of phenazopyridine HCL ( AZO) because I have an irritated urethra from a vaginal exam that was done late this afternoon ( sept. 17). I am worried that the orange color of the urine will interfere with the colonoscopy results if I take the next dosage of AZO which should be at 2 am on sept. 18. Is there any reason for concern?
