What Causes An Overactive Bladder In An Elderly Person?

i am 55 female pressure in my pelvic feel likei want to have a baby or a bad period which i haven't had in 7yrs. medications stopped my periods, anyway my lower back hurts to i have a overactive bladder, i just had a cystscope nothing going on been on mybtrig 4 a yr. i see my obgyn on mon. 2 be checked.
