General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The blood in stool is not related to regular work out, but narrates possible hemorrhoid or other intestine issue which may be provoked by work up. He must be taken to an ER for immediate examination of vital parameters and proctoscopy test to determine the site of bleeding and control in accordance to that only.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
