What Causes Anal Bleeding Along With Bloated Stomach And Headache?

Hi I'm 14 im 1m63in im 60 kilos and I just went to the bathroom and saw blood dripping from my butt. I just finished my period a week ago and I looked for any cuts and couldnt find any. Also, I have a really big headache and my stomach is becoming bloated which is surprising

Dear where is the exact location of bleeding?? Ist from anus or vagina??

Dear if it is from rectum it may be due to hemorrhoid which may be present as a painless bleeding. Have you suffering from Constipation?

If it is Severe bleeding you have to consult your surgeon immediately,he will examine and treat you
accordingly.
