What Causes Anal Bleeding?

I m a 20 year old male. When I have used the toilet I have noticed blood when I have wiped. This has been going on for about a month now, and today when I went I saw blood from my poo in the toilet and also a lot when I wiped. I m not sure what this do have you got any ideas why this could be happening?

Dear I can understand your concern .
I would like to inform you that in your age group there are several reasons of fresh bleeding from anus .
Such as
1 . hemorrhoids
2.anal fissure
3.ulcerative colitis etc.
To confirm the diagnosis complete history and local examination is required .
As you have mentioned you have no pain only fresh bleeding it is more suggestive of hemorrhoids .
In my opinion you should consult any general surgeon for that..He will examine the local site and make exact diagnosis .
