What Causes Anal Incontinence & Rectal Seepage?

I've been treated for chronic moderate to severe lumber to thoracic back pain. I have a nurostim placed also. Lately, I've noticed anal incontince, at night but espiecally in the morning. Through the day I have modorate to heavy rectal seepage. This has become both incovenient and embarassing. Any info or pointing me in a certain direction would be of a tremdenous, help.

Your case is a kind of neuropathic disorder probably due to chronic disc prolapse.It needs diligent work up to pin point the cause.Disc surgery might help you if this be diagnosed as the cause.
If you have some metabolic disease like diabetes then treatment might be more difficult.
