Sometimes I get hard black spots when I wipe after a bowel movement that look like black sesame seeds. I have had extreme itching for some while now which I attributed to hemoroids but is it possible I have some parasite?

I suggest you to do a stool test to confirm the diagnosis of the parasite. If it is positive, treatment consists of antibiotics (Metronidazole/Flagyl).
