What Causes Anal Itching While On Antibiotics For A Bladder Infection?

I had a bladder infection and was on antibiotics. I finished taking 6 days ago. now I have anal itching. I take 2 showers a day and try to keep myself clean. I have applied cortisone 10 cream, that stops the itching for a while. I also have hemroids. I also used prep H. what else should I do?
