What Causes Anal Pain After Bowel Movement?

I am 40 yrs male and since last 15 days I have anal pain after stool, for 4-5 days I did strict diet control after return from 10 days travelling. But still problem persisted, shown to doctor who gave medicine and ointment for a week but it is more painful after putting ointment and there is no relief. I think problem has increased more. Pls suggest.
