What Causes Anal Pain And An Urge To Pass Bowel Movement?

hello, i am an 18 year old girl, and i engage in anal sex. I have a monogomous partner. Recently i ve had to stop because when we do it i get this horrible pain in my anus. I have no idea what its from and I have never had it before. It lasts anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour. It gives me cold sweats and it makes it feel like i have to empty myself but nothing comes out. Please help me?

Hi,

Anal coitus is not at all advisable as it may cause serious injury and infection. It is not even a decent way of coitus. Therefore, it has to be avoided, generally, it causes a severe infection. Also, it's going to cause serious trauma to the anal region.
