What Causes Anal Swelling And Pain On Bowel Movement?
I have a stab-like pain in the soles of my feet only when i stool it last a couple minutes after i am finish. When i urinate it feels weird ( its the sort of sensation u get after you ejaculate without the burn). My anus feel like its slightly swollen. Every time i move my anus muscles it hurts. When i stool it comes out in small clumps one or two being the most like i am constipated ,but the clumps are soft not hard and 50% of the surface is covered with a mucus like substance.
-Use simethicone treatment. -Avoid chewing gum. -Limit your intake of carbonated drinks. -Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils. -Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw. -Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).
