What Causes Anemia With Headaches And Lethargy?

Hi Doctor,

Last week test results indicated my ferritin value is 9.0. I have iron deficiency anemia. For several days now I have had a headache, I'm lethargic, and unable to sleep. A few moments ago I took my blood pressure reading. It is 91/69 with a pulse of 85. Should I try to see a doctor as soon as possible?

Yes headach may be due to iron deficiency anemia.your ferritin level is too low.start iron therapy as early as possible.and blood pressure is slightly lower range but not worrisome. Take salt and water.and start iron therapy.
