What Causes Anxiety After Having Fibreglass Short On Fracture?
i fractured my wrist and have a fiberglass short cast on yesterday. I have ben up past 4 hours and having an anxiety panic attack. I am about to rip off the cast. Being restricted has always caused me to freak out and panic. My mouth is dry and my chest feels pressure. Is there an alternative to this style of cast?
I went through your details. I suggest you not to worry much. In my experience, it is quite natural for any person to become anxious and restless if confined physically or curbed movement in the initial stages of being curbed. Once he understands there is no alternatives, he calms down and do the best he can. That is what you should do. Just enjoy the current situation by improving your language, mastering arts, starting new hobbies etc.
Alternatively,I can provide you with the required counseling and psychotherapy techniques to overcome these problems ONLINE. Please describe the whole problem in detail and post a direct question to me.
Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
