What Causes Anxiety And Nervousness And Have Overactive Bladder?

I have an over active bladder, drink tonnes of pepsi max sugar free and sometimes suffer from anxiety and nervousness. Quite often I use masterbation to regulate this. I could take a sedative which i sometimes do.
I dont want to change my pepsi max intake and was wondering if you can give me any alternatives to masterbation and prescription sedatives to relieve my bladder urinating, nervousness resulting in masterbation?

Anxiety, nervousness, pepsi are all risk factors for OAB.
U need to change ur lifestyle. At least u can decrease the daily intake of pepsi. Restrict total daily inyake of fluids to 3 litres.Regarding anxiety and nervousness, u need to find the cause and treat it. Visit a psychiatrist. Masterbation will noy cause OAB.
Drugs suggested for u r anticholinergics like Solifenacin 10 mg once daily in morning and Tab Tryptomer 10 mg once daily at night. Continue these drugs for 2 months and I expect to see some difference.
